CANCELLATION POLICY
Service Cancellation Policy 1. Cancellation Requests: Customers may request to cancel a service by contacting us via our website, email, phone, or in person during business hours. 2. Cancellation Fees: a. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment time will incur a $30 cancellation or no-show fee. This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file provided at the time of booking. b. Cancellations made 12 hours or more in advance will not incur any fee. 3. Refunds: No deposits are required at the time of booking. However, the card on file will be charged if the cancellation policy is not followed. 4. Rescheduling: Customers may reschedule their appointment at no cost if the request is made at least 12 hours in advance, subject to availability. 5. Late Policy - Appointments are time-based. - Late arrivals will result in shorter service time. - Clients 15+ minutes late will need to reschedule due to time constraints.
